2️⃣ Schedule your on boarding session – Use the calendar on this page to book an appointment with the SpeakGeek team. This session will help us review the information in your form and collect additional details needed to customize your AI agent and automation.
3️⃣ Receive your welcome package – We will send you a welcome letter, an SOP document explaining how the service works and setting expectations, as well as a short contract to sign so everything is clear and agreed upon.
4️⃣ We get to work! – Our team will start building your AI-powered blogging system and begin delivering content to your Google Drive or directly to your WordPress website. If you choose direct posting, we will require access to install the Make.com WordPress plugin and retrieve the API key for automation.
5️⃣ Review and refine – It’s up to you to proofread the blogs and provide feedback so we can tweak the AI agent’s training and ensure the content aligns with your expectations.
6️⃣ Manage your content ideas – You, as the client, are responsible for populating the Google Sheet with blog titles and descriptions. The SpeakGeek team is not responsible for maintaining this sheet unless you have purchased an add-on service for that purpose.

How it Works: If enabled, automation will pull content ideas from RSS feeds. An RSS feed is a stream of the latest articles or blog posts from a chosen news source, competitor blog, or industry publication. The automation system will:
- Randomly pick an RSS feed from a pre-selected list.
- Choose a relevant story from that feed.
- Summarize the article and extract the key topic.
- Perform additional research on the topic.
