You will also receive a thank-you email with a link back to this page in case you need to fill it out later.

2️⃣ Schedule your on boarding session – Use the calendar on this page to book an appointment with the SpeakGeek team. This session will help us review the information in your form and collect additional details needed to customize your AI agent and automation.

3️⃣ Receive your welcome package – We will send you a welcome letter, an SOP document explaining how the service works and setting expectations, as well as a short contract to sign so everything is clear and agreed upon.

4️⃣ We get to work! – Our team will start building your AI-powered blogging system and begin delivering content to your Google Drive or directly to your WordPress website. If you choose direct posting, we will require access to install the Make.com WordPress plugin and retrieve the API key for automation.

5️⃣ Review and refine – It’s up to you to proofread the blogs and provide feedback so we can tweak the AI agent’s training and ensure the content aligns with your expectations.

6️⃣ Manage your content ideas – You, as the client, are responsible for populating the Google Sheet with blog titles and descriptions. The SpeakGeek team is not responsible for maintaining this sheet unless you have purchased an add-on service for that purpose.

Below are detailed explanations of each field in the form. Please fill in each section accurately to ensure we create high-quality, on-brand blog content for your business.

Basic Contact Information

    • Enter your full name as the primary contact for this project.

    • Provide an active email address where we can send updates and content drafts.

Content Preferences & Setup

  1. Delivery Location

    • Specify where you want the completed blog to be delivered:
      • Google Drive: We will upload the blog and its feature image to a shared Google Drive folder.
      • WordPress: We can post the blog directly to your WordPress website.
        • If you choose WordPress, either you or a SpeakGeek team member will need to install and configure the Make.com WordPress plugin and obtain the API key for automation.
        • If posted to WordPress, do you want the blog in Draft Mode so that someone on your team can review and manually publish it?
        • Or do you prefer Auto-Publish Mode, where our automation posts and publishes the blog immediately when it’s completed?

  2. Make.com Plugin Installation

    • Who will be responsible for installing and configuring the Make.com WordPress plugin?
      • Client: Your team will install and set up the plugin.
      • SpeakGeek Team: If you prefer, we can handle the installation and configuration for you (this will come with an additional setup fee).

  3. ChatGPT API Key

    • To run automation for content creation, you will need to purchase and provide a ChatGPT API key.
      • You do not need a paid ChatGPT account, but you must purchase API credits.
      • We recommend depositing $20 into your OpenAI API account and enabling the auto-reload feature when the balance reaches $5.
      • Writing a blog post costs only pennies in API credits, so a $20 deposit will last a long time.

  4. 30-Minute Monthly Strategy Call

    • Choose whether you’d like a monthly call to discuss blog strategy and content direction.

  2. Explore RSS Feeds for Content Source

    • How it Works: If enabled, automation will pull content ideas from RSS feeds. An RSS feed is a stream of the latest articles or blog posts from a chosen news source, competitor blog, or industry publication. The automation system will:

      1. Randomly pick an RSS feed from a pre-selected list.
      2. Choose a relevant story from that feed.
      3. Summarize the article and extract the key topic.
      4. Perform additional research on the topic.
      5. Write a brand-new blog post based on the researched information.

    • What You Need to Do: If you want this feature enabled, provide a list of RSS feeds (or sources) you’d like to pull content from. If unsure, we can help identify suitable feeds for your industry.
